Reserve Benefit Program

We offer the Reserve Benefit Program to all account holders who have purchased one or more products. With a simple click, you can reserve a pre-order and pay when your product has arrived in our warehouse.

Instructions to qualify:

  1. Register for an account: Go here to register and activate your account when you receive your activation email.
  2. Purchase a product: Purchasing products verifies your credit and allows us the final piece that activates your account to see the Reserve feature on the product pages.
  3. Maintain your status: You must make at least one purchase per year at Titantoyz.com.
  4. Log in and browse our pre-orders to reserve, that's it!

Note: Reserving a pre-order is an intent to buy.

Titan Toyz generates a draft order with payment pending for every reserved item. Products are not released until payment terms have been met. Titan Toyz will send an invoice with a link to pay once the products arrive. When we receive payment, the item will be shipped. 

Terms and Conditions

Titan Toyz reserves the right to change the program criteria at any time, including what products are eligible.

Titan Toyz can discontinue the Reserve Program at any time.

Titan Toyz may revoke access to the Reserve Program at any time.

Titan Toyz reserves the right to ask for a deposit based on the dollar value of any single order exceeding $1000 Canadian funds if necessary. Each scenario is handled on a case by case bases. Titan Toyz will reach out to the customer by email or phone in order to process the deposit. If a deposit is not accepted, Titan Toyz reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

Cancellations:

You can cancel your reserved items up until the order deadline date.

If you wish to cancel your order before the deadline date, please email info@titantoyz.com with your order number in the subject line. Your order number can be found in your account dashboard. A cancellation email will be sent to you once the order is cancelled.

Orders cancelled after the deadline date are subject to a 10% restocking and credit card fee.

If the manufacturer limits or cancels the pre-order, we will notify you and cancel the order.

If we find that there is delinquent activity with respect to multiple orders over a period of time and multiple cancellations, Titan Toyz has the right to cancel your access to reserve pre-orders. 

Delinquent activity includes, but not limited to:

  1. Multiple frequent reserves in a short time frame with no intent to purchase
  2. Multiple cancellation requests after the deadline date.
  3. Non payment after the invoicing.
