Their emergence was due to Shredder abandoning the original Foot Clan ninjas, needing new strength to execute his invasion plans. These mechanical soldiers wear specific uniforms, lack self-awareness, and completely obey Shredder's commands. Under Shredder's direction, they participate in various destructive actions and battles against the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, becoming important tools in Shredder's aggressive operations.
