Snap Design Development is a toy design company that specializes in creating toys for children. They are a novelty toy design company that has been in the industry for over 30 years. They have created a variety of toys from different franchises such as Disney, Nickelodeon, and Cartoon Network. The Heat Boys TMNT toy line is their most recent project. The line consists of action figures based on the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles characters.
If you are concerned there aren't enough ideas combined in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, stop worrying. As the first official reveal, Snap Design Development and Heat Boys have teamed up to create a new line of mecha-themed heroes in half shells.
There are plenty of articulations in the nine-inch figure, including fingers and toes, along with real metal parts and a slew of accessories. Battery-powered LEDs illuminate the eyes, and a mini Leo figure can be found piloting the mech out of its shell cockpit.
